Since launching in 2017, we’ve scaled into a multi-unit national brand with aggressive expansion goals and a strong support system for our franchisees.
Position Overview We are looking for a highly organized, driven, and self-sufficient individual to support our franchise development efforts and play a key role in our continued growth. This position sits at the center of our franchise sales process. You will be responsible for coordinating all inbound development activity, managing the logistics and experience for prospective franchisees, and ensuring that every candidate who engages with IV Nutrition has a seamless, professional, and high-impact experience. This is not a passive administrative role. This is a high-visibility position with direct exposure to leadership, franchise candidates, and the growth engine of the company.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary coordinator for all franchise development inquiries and territory requests
Manage and organize the full candidate experience for prospective franchisees visiting Kansas City
Coordinate all travel logistics including flights, hotels, transportation, and itineraries
Plan and execute meetings, discovery days, dinners, and in-person events for candidates
Work directly with the Vice President of Franchise Development and Operations team to support the sales pipeline
Ensure all candidate touchpoints are executed at a high level, creating a best-in-class experience
Maintain organization and communication across multiple prospects and timelines simultaneously
Reporting Structure This role reports directly to the Vice President of Franchise Development and works closely with the Operations Manager.
