Fragrance Production Manager Location: Deerfield Beach, FL FLSA Status: Exempt Position Description We are seeking an experienced Fragrance Production Manager to lead and oversee our Production Department, ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely manufacturing of high-quality fragrance products. This role is responsible for supervising daily compounding operations, managing production personnel across multiple shifts, and driving operational excellence while maintaining compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), quality standards, and safety requirements. The Fragrance Production Manager partners closely with Operations, Quality, Planning, Warehouse, and Production teams to optimize production schedules, improve efficiencies, support employee development, and ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities - Lead and oversee daily production and compounding operations to ensure production schedules, quality standards, and customer delivery requirements are met.
- Supervise Production Leads, Compounders, and Production personnel across multiple shifts while promoting a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability.
- Coordinate workforce planning, staffing, production priorities, and resource allocation to maximize operational efficiency.
- Monitor production performance, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and implement corrective actions when needed.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments including Operations, Warehouse, Planning, Quality, and Maintenance to support production goals.
- Oversee inventory availability, production equipment, raw materials, and manufacturing supplies to support uninterrupted operations.
- Support employee training, coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
- Participate in safety initiatives and promote a safe working environment throughout the production facility.
- Utilize ERP and production management systems to monitor production activities and maintain accurate operational records.
