Job Details

Position overview:

Fractional finance consultant will help to create and implement processes, and move t 10-15 hours / week once implemented. Will be responsible for client billing / invoicing, resource allocations, revenue recognition, financial reports, and budget / forecasting.

Day to day responsibilities:
  • Billing

__ Credits / memos
__ Ad spend
__ Resource allocation and reporting
__ Invoicing management
  • Reporting

__ Client / Project P&Ls
__ Cash flow
__ Margin reporting
__ KPIs
  • Revenue recognition

__ Align revenue schedule to client contracts, SOWs, and deliverable timelines
__ Review client contracts, SOWs, change orders, etc
  • Budgeting & Forecasting
  • Ad hoc reporting

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years financial management experience
  • Client / account based finance environment experience
  • Billing and resource allocations
  • Experience setting up processes / procedures

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ad/Marketing/Digital/Creative agency Client Finance experience is highly desired and will be prioritized among candidates
