Family Medicine Medical Director - Coordinated Care Program
Central Minnesota | Near Minneapolis-St. Paul
Position Highlights:
- Work-Life Balance:Flexible schedule with a 3-5 day work week and just one day per week in a structured correctional care setting. No call, no holidays, or weekend requirements.

- Leadership Opportunity: Lead and grow a large health systems coordinated care program with meaningful impact on patient outcomes

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive Compensation: Strong base salary depending on experience

- Sign-On Bonus:$100,000
- Relocation Stipend:Up to $15,000 based on location

Qualifications:
- Degree:MD/DO
- Certifications:Board certification in Family Medicine, Addiction Medicine, Internal Medicine, or IM/PEDs
- Licensure:MN license or ability to obtain
- Skillset:Interest in or comfort Addiction Medicine and underserved populations
- Experience:Open to residents and fellows, leadership interest encouraged
