Salary: $135,000 - $145,000 annually + 10% Bonus + MyShare Equity Program
Position Overview
RJW Logistics Group is a PE-backed, high-growth third-party logistics provider operating across warehousing, transportation, and value-added services. As we continue to scale, we are building the finance function to match our ambitions - and this role sits at the center of that effort.
This role will support the Corporate FP&A function across budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, treasury, variance analysis, and commercial and strategic decision support for the executive team and PE sponsor.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assist the monthly consolidated forecasting cycle across the enterprise - P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
Support the annual budget process through collaboration with department leads, sales, and operations
Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analysis and communicate key findings to the executive team
Support treasury activities - 13-week cash flow forecasting, liquidity tracking, and debt covenant compliance - in collaboration with the AR and AP team
Provide commercial and strategy support -customer profitability, pipeline analysis, and other ad-hoc projects
Build monthly business reviews, BOD decks, and annual budget presentations
Work with department leads to drive forecast accuracy in our shared service functions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
4+ years of corporate FP&A or related field experience
Strong financial reporting and modeling skills, specifically in Excel, PowerBI, and OneStream
Demonstrated experience leading consolidated budgeting and forecasting cycles - coordinating across operations and department leads
Comfortable partnering cross-functionally with segment finance, operations, commercial, and accounting leaders - translating their inputs into a digestible enterprise view
Experience presenting to and communicating with senior leadership
Comfortable in a PE-backed environment where pace, accuracy, and accountability are the standard
