Role Overview
We’re seeking an FP&A Analyst to own modeling, forecasting, and reporting for operations. This high-ownership role will:
Maintain and enhance complex Excel models; simplify, modularize, and govern them
Build forecasts, budgets, reforecasts, and 13-week cash flows
Produce board- and management-ready reports and dashboards using Power BI
Leverage AI tools to improve efficiency in forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting
Analyze scenarios, unit economics, and operational drivers
Qualifications
3–7+ years FP&A / operating finance experience
Advanced Excel modeling skills; Power BI proficiency required
SQL experience preferred
Strong communication skills; ability to translate numbers into executive narratives
Interest/experience in AI-enabled finance tools a plus
