The FP&A Analyst plays a critical role in supporting Bel Fuse’s financial planning, forecasting, and performance management processes. This position partners with cross-functional stakeholders (Finance, Operations, Sales, and Product/Business leadership) to deliver accurate reporting, insightful variance analysis, and actionable financial models that drive decision-making. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and able to communicate financial insights to both finance and non-finance audiences in a fast-paced environment. Are You Looking To:Support the monthly financial close and performance management cycle, including preparation of variance analysis, KPI reporting, and clear, decision-useful commentary on results, drivers, and trends.Assist in the preparation and consolidation of annual budgets, monthly/quarterly forecasts, and long-range plans across business units and/or functions.Build and maintain financial models to support business decisions, including scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and profitability assessments.Partner with Operations and Supply Chain to evaluate cost drivers, productivity, absorption, and other manufacturing performance metrics; provide recommendations to improve financial outcomes.Partner with Sales and Product/Business teams to support pricing, margin analysis, customer/product profitability, and mix analysis. Are You Ready To:Support creation, tracking, and reporting of enterprise and segment KPIs, including identification of key risks/opportunities and recommended actions.Assist with capital expenditure analysis, including business cases, ROI/NPV modeling, and post-investment performance tracking.Support strategic initiatives such as M&A analysis, due diligence support, synergy tracking, and/or post-acquisition performance measurement as needed.Contribute to the standardization and modernization of FP&A processes and reporting through automation, improved templates, and enhanced use of ERP/BI tools.Prepare ad hoc analysis and executive-ready summaries for leadership, including materials for operating reviews, business updates, and decision meetings. What You’ll Need:Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.2+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance, preferably within a manufacturing and/or multinational environment.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivots, data analysis); experience with Power BI and related tooling (Power Query / Power Pivot) strongly preferred.Experience working with ERP and financial reporting systems (e.g., Microsoft D365, Oracle, or similar).Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
