Overview of Role
Reporting to the FP&A Manager, this role will be an important member of the Finance team, responsible for financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. This role will partner cross-functionally with teams across departments and regions to support the development of annual operating plans and long-term (5–10 year) financial projections. This role also performs variance analysis to explain performance against budget and forecast, highlighting key drivers, risks, and opportunities.

Core Responsibilities
- Reflect and role model BOA’s vision, values and Leadership Model and demonstrate passion for our mission across the Finance team and rest of the organization
- Support the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans
- Perform monthly variance analysis comparing actual results to budget and forecast, and communicate key drivers
- Build, maintain, and enhance financial models to support forecasting, planning, and strategic initiatives
- Develop and maintain dashboards and management reporting tools (primarily in Power BI) to monitor and communicate business performance
- Identify opportunities to improve and automate reporting processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
- Support ad hoc financial analysis and additional tasks as needed
Qualifications (EN):
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis functions, including annual budgeting and long-term strategic planning
- Strong proficiency in Excel (financial modeling, pivot tables, data analysis)
- Strong understanding of financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow)
- Comfort using software programs (we use the Microsoft Suite) for documentation, communication, presentations, database management, data analysis and collaboration
- Ability to collaborate and build relationships with diverse groups of people across the globe
- Desire to use your organized approach to maintain our fast pace and manage multiple deadlines
Desired Qualifications
- Experience/interest in building dashboards and reports in Power BI (or similar BI tools)
- Experience working with NetSuite
Overview of Compensation and Benefits
- Budgeted salary range: $80,000 - $90,000
- We will determine salary based on skills and experience in relation to the function of the role, as well as equity to any other employees with similar experience in the same or similar role
- This role is also eligible for a 10% annual bonus
