The Senior Accountant role is a hands-on position vital for maintaining accurate financial processes in a lean, fast-paced med-tech environment.
- Manage accounting operations, serve as the main liaison with external providers, review transactions, support month-end close, and assist with audits and tax filings.
- Oversee procurement, create and monitor purchase orders, ensure budget alignment, and track vendor billing and PO balances.
- Coordinate shipping logistics for devices and materials, ensuring documentation aligns with financial records.
- Support expense management, departmental budgeting, and provide financial reports to various teams.
- Partner with clinical, R&D, and operations teams on cost tracking, inventory management, and process improvements.
- Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, 3-6 years experience, proficiency in QuickBooks, Bill.com, Excel, and strong organizational skills.
