As a Founding Technical Sourcer, you'll build the talent pipeline by sourcing and closing top AI researchers, physicists, CFD engineers, and deep tech experts from leading companies and research labs. You'll develop sourcing strategies, manage multiple candidates, and partner closely with leadership to meet hiring goals.
Qualifications include 2+ years of high-volume technical recruiting, deep sourcing expertise, technical fluency, strong execution, and relationship skills. Bonus for experience in AI startups, physics-heavy roles, or building recruiting processes from scratch.
