We're working with an early-stage, well-funded AI startup in San Francisco, building an AI-powered revenue intelligence platform designed to help modern revenue teams make faster, better decisions.
The platform acts as “AI headcount” for GTM teams, helping Sales, RevOps, and Leadership teams understand what's happening in their business and why by connecting CRM data, customer calls, emails, internal knowledge, and other business systems through a conversational AI interface.
The company recently launched publicly and is already working with well-known B2B SaaS organizations. They're backed by top-tier investors including Insight Partners, GV (Google Ventures), Sequoia Capital, and Lightspeed.
This is not a traditional SDR role where you inherit a mature outbound motion and simply execute against an existing playbook. There is no playbook yet.
You'll work closely with the founders, marketing leadership, and early GTM team to figure out what messaging works, which channels convert, and how to get senior revenue leaders interested in an entirely new category of product.

What You'll Do
- Follow up with inbound leads generated through events, webinars, dinners, and marketing campaigns
- Execute thoughtful outbound prospecting across email, cold calling, and LinkedIn
- Book meetings with senior GTM stakeholders, including CROs, VP Sales, and RevOps leaders
- Help support and drive attendance for in-person events, dinners, and city tours
- Partner closely with marketing and leadership on messaging, targeting, and campaign strategy
- Build and iterate on outreach sequences, call scripts, and follow-up cadences
- Track pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and outreach performance while continuously improving the process
- Share learnings and feedback with the broader GTM team as the outbound motion evolves
What We're Looking For
- 0–2 years of professional experience; prior SDR or outbound experience is a plus, but not required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Naturally curious and quick to learn new concepts
- Comfortable speaking with senior business leaders
- High-energy, resilient, and competitive
- Self-driven and comfortable operating without a highly structured environment
- Coachable and open to feedback
- Excited about startups and building something from the ground up
- Based in San Francisco and excited to work in the office 5 days/week
Bonus Points
- Experience in high-performance environments such as athletics, consulting, banking, or demanding startup teams
- Experience building something from scratch, side projects, student organizations, sales processes, etc.
- Naturally social and energized by networking, events, and relationship building
- Interest in AI, SaaS, or modern GTM technology

Compensation & Benefits
- OTE: $85,000–$95,000
- Base: $70,000–$80,000
- Variable: $15,000–$20,000
- Equity is included as part of the compensation package
