Description
This remote, full-time position involves establishing and leading the sales development function. 
Responsibilities include developing strategies, managing processes, and utilizing modern sales technologies to drive growth. 
The role offers a clear path to leadership and requires hands-on involvement in the initial stages.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales development strategies and processes.
Hire, onboard, and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
Establish and track key performance metrics to ensure business objectives are met.
Design compensation plans and assign territories for SDRs.
Scale operations by promoting leaders from within and expanding the team.

Qualifications
Proven experience as a top-performing SDR/BDR and as a first-line SDR manager.
Experience in building or significantly enhancing an outbound sales motion.
Comfortable with high-volume phone-based sales and funnel modeling.
Strong player-coach mentality, willing to engage directly in sales activities.
Ability to conduct credible business conversations with HR/finance buyers or SMB owners.
