About Guideship
Guideship is a nonprofit workforce development organization dedicated to creating career pathways for underserved communities through mentorship, internships, apprenticeships, workforce readiness training, and cybersecurity education.

The program has become one of Maryland's leading cybersecurity apprenticeship models, serving individuals from underserved communities and helping graduates launch careers in technology and cybersecurity.
We are now seeking experienced volunteer Board Members who can help Guideship scale its impact through fundraising, strategic partnerships, donor engagement, and nonprofit growth.
The Opportunity
Guideship is entering an exciting growth phase. We are recruiting a small group of mission-driven Board Members with experience in fundraising, philanthropy, nonprofit leadership, corporate partnerships, workforce development, government relations, or community engagement.
