Fort Pierce - Program Services & Data Coordinator
This VISTA member will help identify service gaps, optimize scheduling across partner sites, and support the implementation of digital tools for greater efficiency and impact.
VISTA Member Duties & Responsibilities
- Participate in a full organizational onboarding and training period, including job shadowing and software introductions.
- Aggregate data across partner agencies and direct service sites to assess service coverage.
- Create a Community Food Access Assessment and collaborate with staff to develop an implementation plan based on findings.
- Assist in deploying intake software and hardware across program sites and documenting feedback.
- Design and manage neighbor satisfaction surveys using the Service Insights platform.
- Analyze trends to support ongoing improvements in service delivery and equity.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and data management skills, proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or other data tools required.
- Experience in working with large data sets, program evaluation, mapping tools, and GIS required.
- Strong writing and communication skills, especially for reporting and visualization.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage complex information.
- Familiarity with nonprofit food security or health-related fields is a plus.
