Responsibilities
- Prepare and mix raw materials according to specified formulations and procedures.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure consistency and compliance with product specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of formulations, batch numbers, and production processes.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to develop new formulations and improve existing ones.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the mixing and blending area.
- Adhere to safety and regulatory guidelines throughout the production process.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any production issues that arise.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical training or certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in formulation, mixing, or blending in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Basic understanding of chemical properties and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials as needed.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including overtime when required.
