Schedule: Monday – Friday | 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Pay: Starting at $20.00 per hour

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented 2nd Shift Formulator to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in manufacturing, machine operation, material handling, forklift operation, production, or warehouse environments who are looking for long-term career growth.
This role is responsible for weighing, measuring, staging, and preparing raw materials while ensuring quality, safety, and production standards are met. The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating equipment, following detailed instructions, completing production documentation, and working in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
Accurately weigh, measure, and stage raw materials according to production requirements
Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
Read and follow batch cards, production paperwork, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Complete production documentation accurately and in real time
Enter and maintain production data as required
Safely move materials using forklifts and other material-handling equipment
Maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready work area
Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety procedures, and company policies
Identify and report material discrepancies, equipment concerns, or safety issues
Support production goals while maintaining quality standards
Assist with additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, or material handling experience preferred
Experience operating machinery or production equipment required
Ability to read paperwork, follow written instructions, and accurately complete documentation
Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
Ability to enter and maintain accurate production data
Forklift experience required
Cherry Picker experience strongly preferred
Ability to work independently and follow procedures with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Preferred Experience
1–3 years of manufacturing or formulation experience
Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Experience using batch cards and production documentation
Forklift certification on Sit-Down, Stand-Up, or Cherry Picker equipment
Physical Requirements
Regularly lift up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds
Push, pull, carry, and move materials throughout the facility
Stand for extended periods of time
Frequently bend, stoop, reach, and climb ladders or platforms
Work in an environment that may be noisy, dusty, warm, and contain spices or food-grade ingredients
Ability to safely work at heights when required
Work Environment & PPE
Hair nets, beard nets, and safety goggles are provided
Employees must provide their own steel-toe boots
No jewelry permitted in production areas
Tattoos are acceptable
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn as required

9-Panel Drug Screen (Non-Marijuana) required
