Forklift Operator

Location: Concord, NC
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Schedule Options:

  • 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts, start times vary

  • 2nd Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule

Alliance Industrial Solutions is hiring Forklift Operators for a leading print and data solutions company in Concord, NC. This position offers steady hours, weekly pay, and benefits available with no waiting period.

This role is a great fit for someone with sit-down forklift experience who is comfortable working in a warehouse, production, or material handling environment. Stand-up forklift experience is preferred.

What You’ll Do

  • Safely operate a sit-down forklift to move materials throughout the warehouse

  • Stack and organize finished cases on pallets

  • Record inventory and production information using computer systems

  • Follow written and verbal instructions for safety, quality, and packing standards

  • Support team members to keep production and warehouse operations moving efficiently

What We’re Looking For

  • Sit-down forklift experience required

  • Stand-up forklift experience preferred

  • Previous warehouse, packing, assembly, or production experience preferred

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

  • Comfortable using basic computer systems for inventory or production tracking

  • Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

  • Steel toe boots required
