About the role.

The Forklift Operator / Warehouse Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient movement of product within the warehouse using stand-up and sit-down electric powered industrial trucks. This onsite role supports warehouse operations by loading, unloading, storing, and supplying materials to production and shipping areas while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.

What you'll be doing.

• Operate stand-up and sit-down electric powered forklifts and other lifting devices to move product in and out of the warehouse
• Load, unload, stack, and transport pallets, totes, and materials to designated locations
• Supply production and warehouse team members with materials and supplies as required
• Position forks under loads and control lifting mechanisms to safely move product
• Follow all safety, security, and warehouse operating procedures
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality to support operational needs
• Participate in required training and certification programs
• Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations

What you'll need to be successful.

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum of three months of related experience and/or training
• Ability to complete certification through the McCain Operator Training Program
• Ability to obtain and maintain McCain Forklift Certification and McCain Aerial Lift Certification
• Working knowledge of, or ability to learn, the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Ability to read, write, and interpret safety rules, procedures, and operating instructions
• Strong attention to detail, dependability, and commitment to safety
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionally
• Flexibility to work onsite, including overtime, weekends, and holidays as required

This role is part of the Warehouse Operations team and works closely with production, shipping, and inventory teams to ensure timely and accurate material flow. The position supports a collaborative environment focused on safety, reliability, and operational excellence.

Compensation Package: - Starting at 23.07 USD hourly + Bonus eligibility + Hourly Pay Differential for applicable shifts
