Location: Springdale, AR

Pay Rate: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Shift: 6 PM-6 AM | 12-hour Rotating Shifts

What You'll Need (Requirements):

• High school diploma or GED required (must be verified)
• Minimum 1 year of sit-down forklift operating experience required
• Able to work in a manufacturing environment with occasional exposure to hot and cold temperatures
• Must have good visual acuity, including depth perception and color vision
• Ability to perform constant standing throughout the shift
• Ability to lift to 35 lbs. regularly, and up to 75 lbs. occasionally
• Must be able to perform frequent physical activity, including bending, twisting, kneeling, climbing, pushing/pulling, reaching, and repetitive hand/foot movements
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a wet wipes production environment, following all safety and quality standards

What You'll Do (Job Duties):

• Operate a sit-down forklift to move, stack, and transport raw materials and finished goods safely throughout the facility
• Pack and palletize finished products according to production and shipping specifications
• Perform general production support tasks, including line setup, changeovers, and routine cleaning of work areas and equipment
• Load and unload materials from production lines and storage areas
• Inspect products and pallets for quality and accuracy before movement or shipment
• Maintain safe forklift operation practices in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Communicate face-to-face with team members, leads, and supervisors regarding production needs and workflow updates
• Support housekeeping and sanitation standards to maintain a clean, organized work environment
