Description

Forklift Operators - Multiple Shifts Available (Plainfield, IN Area)

Location: Near Plainfield, Indiana

Pay: $18.50 - $24.50/hour (based on role and shift)

Schedule: Full-time - 12-hour shifts (3-4 days per week), days and nights available

Shift Options (Simplified)

We offer a variety of 12-hour schedules, giving you more time off each week:

Day Shifts: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (3-4 days per week)
Night Shifts: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (3-4 days per week)

Schedules may include rotating or set days (Sun-Tues, Wed-Sat, etc.), depending on the position.

What You'll Do

Depending on the role, responsibilities may include:

Operating a sit-down forklift to move, load, and unload pallets
Placing product pallets on production lines for repack operations
Loading/unloading trailers and staging product
Picking heavy box orders using RF scanners
Wrapping and staging completed pallets for automation systems
Ensuring pallets are properly stacked and organized for safe handling

Available Roles

Forklift Operator: Sit-down forklift, loading/unloading and line support
Case Pick Operator: RF scanning, picking heavy beverage cases, pallet building, stand-up forklift

What We're Looking For

Forklift experience preferred (sit-down equipment for most roles)
Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment
Comfortable with heavy products and repetitive tasks
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Safety-focused and team-oriented
