Detail Oriented, Forklift, Inventory Levels, Inventory Reports, Lift/Move 50 Pounds, Loading/Unloading, Order Picking/Packing, Order/Customer Fulfillment, Pallet Jack, Physical Demands, Safety/Work Safety, Sales, Schedule Development, Shipping/Receiving, Team Player, Warehousing
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate shipments.
- Accurately select and pack items based on customer sales orders.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles with products using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Operate warehouse equipment in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or shortages to supervisors.
- Package all items for shipping, ensuring they are properly protected and labeled.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse workspace.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center preferred.
- Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks required for order fulfillment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm, with occasional overtime as needed.
- Shipping system knowledge and ability to schedule shipments with accuracy.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
Work Environment:
- Fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels.
