We are seeking Forklift Operators to join our team in a dynamic production environment where ideas are valued and internal growth is encouraged.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and machinery to move, load, and unload products on trucks and storage areas.
- Read and follow work instructions, accurately record counts, and ensure proper packaging and labeling for shipments.
- Verify shipping and receiving documents, process shipments using the shipping system, and coordinate delivery schedules.
- Maintain safety standards and proper body mechanics while handling materials up to 50 lbs and working around equipment.
- Must have a high school diploma or GED, with 1-3 years of material management experience preferred, and basic computer skills.
- Effective communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to work under stress and meet deadlines.
- Work environment may include exposure to fumes, airborne particles, and moving mechanical parts.
