Job Title: Pattern Material Handler
Pay: $19 - $22 per hour
Hours: Full-time | Monday–Thursday | 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM

As a Pattern Material Handler, you'll play a vital role in supporting production operations by accurately handling pattern materials, molds, and supplies. You'll work closely with the production team to ensure materials are organized, available, and ready for use, helping to keep the workflow running smoothly in a fast-paced foundry setting.

What You'll Do


As a Pattern Material Handler, you will be responsible for:
  • Operating forklifts to move patterns, molds, and other production materials safely and efficiently.
  • Organizing and staging materials for production use to ensure timely workflows.
  • Reading and following work instructions and detailed job documents accurately.
  • Tracking inventory and basic information using computer systems to maintain proper records.
  • Supporting the overall production flow in a busy foundry environment by assisting team members as needed.

What You'll Bring


The ideal candidate for this role will have:
  • Previous forklift certification and experience operating forklifts in a manufacturing setting.
  • Ability to read and interpret work instructions and technical documentation.
  • Basic computer skills, including data entry and tracking.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Reliable work ethic and a desire for long-term employment.
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and perform manual handling tasks regularly.
