Forklift Operator/Material Handler – $21–$23/hr. DOE – Caldwell, ID

KIT Custom HomeBuilders is hiring a Forklift Operator/Material Handler for our production facility in Caldwell, Idaho.

• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials in the production plant
• Check in received materials and deliver to designated areas
• Work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, safety-focused environment

• 1–5 years of experience in an outdoor receiving yard preferred
• Forklift certification preferred but not required
• Strong customer service and professional communication skills with shippers, drivers, and internal teams
• Ability to stand, walk for long periods, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Able to work outdoors year-round in all weather
• Must wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and use good judgment
• Must always prioritize safety and follow all safety guidelines
• Valid driver’s license required
• Reliable attendance is essential; must be available for required hours, including some Saturdays, evenings, or overtime as needed
