The Forklift Operator is to operate forklift while loading and unloading material produced at the Colorado Plant in support of the packing lines and warehousing. Provide guidance and training to forklift operators while maintaining quality standards on all loads.

Job Requirements
High school diploma or GED required.
One to three years of forklift operating or related experience.

- Computer skills with Barcom and IFS
- Warehouse or industrial experience preferred

- Ability to complete area workplace exams for process areas as directed by the Shift Supervisor
- Monitor, adjust and troubleshoot process equipment as directed by the control room
- Responsible for inventory and management of stock in the Kanban systems for consumable equipment related items; screens, balls, boots etc.
- Responsible for autonomous maintenance of process equipment including assisting maintenance with preventative maintenance task
- Responsible for timely process sampling and submission of samples to the lab for testing
- Responsible for general housekeeping of process areas
- Assist in railcar movement, staging and management as directed by the supervisor
- Assist in troubleshooting packaging equipment
- Cross train in the Control Room and Perlite
- Additional duties as assigned
