Forklift Operators are responsible for safely and accurately building and loading pallets of products for delivery to enhanced customers.
- Builds pallets according to build sheets, ensuring correct product placement and quantity.
- Uses forklifts to load pallets into trucks, verifying proper placement and truck bay alignment.
- Follows safety policies, wears PPE, and maintains equipment safety checks.
- Stacks products for stability, communicates effectively with team, and resolves issues with management and auditors.
- Completes required paperwork, maintains warehouse organization, and assists with stocking and cleanup.
- Moves trucks efficiently, trains new employees, and handles alcoholic products responsibly.
- Requires a high school diploma, 6-12 months forklift experience, knowledge of warehouse and beverage industry, and ability to operate mechanical equipment. Must obtain forklift certification and demonstrate strong math, communication, and multitasking skills.
