Load, unload, stack, and transport finished products, raw materials, and components using forklifts (stand-up/sit-down) and pallet jacks.
Accurately track and manage inventory, potentially using RF scanners, and report shortages, overages, or damages.
Pick, pack, stage, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring correct counts and products.
Conduct pre-shift equipment checks, perform minor maintenance (fluid levels, tire pressure), maintain a clean work area, and adhere to all safety protocols (e.g., securing loads).
Complete required paperwork, logs, and reports related to material movement and inventory.
Collaborate with warehouse, production, and other staff to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow.
Job Requirements:
Valid forklift operator certification.
Knowledge of inventory software, modern warehousing practices, and safety procedures.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work unsupervised or in a team.
Physical ability to lift materials and work in a demanding environment.
Regular attendance
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to stand for most of the work shift
Ability to push/pull/lift/carry up to 50 pounds
Tolerant of occasional exposure to outside weather conditions
