Requirements

• At least two years of recent forklift experience
• Experience working in a high-efficiency warehouse
• Ability to stand or operate equipment throughout the shift
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Ability to maintain a fast and accurate work pace
• Knowledge of OSHA forklift safety procedures
• Strong attention to load stability and product organization

Job Duties

• Pick and palletize orders
• Load and unload products and cases
• Move products between pallets, trays, racks, and shelves
• Load products into vehicles
• Install strapping, bracing, and padding to prevent damage
• Secure lifting attachments to materials
• Transport loads to designated locations
• Stack products neatly on pallets
• Bundle and band products together
• Follow all OSHA and forklift safety procedures
• Perform additional duties as assigned

What You Will Do

As a Forklift Operator you will safely operate forklifts to load, unload, transport, stack, and organize materials throughout warehouse and manufacturing operations. You will inspect equipment before use, replenish inventory locations, support shipping and receiving activities, verify product movement, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure safe, efficient material handling throughout the facility.
