Qualified Staffing is seeking experienced Forklift Operator (sit-down) to join a reputable client located in Cartersville, GA! These are temp-to-hire positions offering the opportunity for full-time employment with great benefits. Day shift available! Forklift Operator Responsibilities:- Operate sit down forklifts to support daily operations.
- Load and unload materials safely and efficiently as part of a warehouse team.
- Move palletized or crated materials throughout the facility.
- Follow inventory-control procedures for stacking, labeling, and storage.
- Pick, pack, check, and load/unload products from storage areas and trailers.
- Maintain compliance with all company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
- Conduct equipment inspections and report any maintenance or safety issues.
- Ensure high-quality standards and meet production performance goals.
- Accurately complete all required documentation and production records.
- Crosstrain in multiple functions and assist with other warehouse duties as needed.
Forklift Operator Requirements:- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 1 year of sit-down forklift experience required.
- Experience with quad forklifts is a plus.
- OSHA forklift certification or equivalent hands-on experience preferred.
- Strong attention to safety, teamwork, productivity and detailed orientation.

Shift Schedule:- Day shifts available
- Work a 4-day schedule: three 12-hours shifts, and one 6-hours shift per week, occasional overtime
