Pay Rate: Pay Rate: $20.50 per hour

6am-3pm (Monday -Thursdays) & Fridays 6am-12pm

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse training or powered industrial truck training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Experience operating forklifts or other powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ability to load, unload, move, stack, and organize palletized materials.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and safe equipment operation.
• Ability to accurately identify inventory, shipping documentation, and storage locations.
• Strong attention to detail, dependable attendance, and commitment to workplace safety.
• Must have 1 year of Cherry Picking Forklift experience

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and climb on and off powered industrial equipment throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, move, or reposition materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required.
• Ability to safely operate forklifts in busy warehouse and manufacturing environments.
• Ability to maintain awareness of surrounding personnel, equipment, and inventory while operating powered industrial vehicles.
• Stand for long periods

What You Will Do

As a Forklift Operator you will safely operate forklifts to load, unload, transport, stack, and organize materials throughout warehouse and manufacturing operations. You will inspect equipment before use, replenish inventory locations, support shipping and receiving activities, verify product movement, maintain inventory accuracy, and help ensure safe, efficient material handling throughout the facility.

A Forklift Operator helps maintain organized warehouse operations through safe operation of forklifts and efficient movement of inventory throughout the facility. This role combines equipment expertise with warehouse organization and operational awareness.

The Forklift Operator supports receiving, storage, production, and shipping through accurate material handling while maintaining workplace safety and inventory accuracy. Dependable work habits contribute directly to warehouse success.
