Operator 2, Warehouse Operations Compensation: pay $17.50/hr ; benefits after 90 days; 401(k) match after 1 year (eligibility dates)

Operator 2, Warehouse Operations Highlights: contract assignment (currently set through Nov 20, 2026 ); required availability: Tuesday–Saturday, 5:00 AM–1:30 PM ; on-site ; this IS a forklift role

Operator 2, Warehouse Operations Responsibilities

• Operate material-handling equipment (forklift, conveyors, handcarts, power trucks; may include cranes) to move materials and finished goods within the warehouse
• Follow SOPs and quality guidelines; complete routine tasks with prescribed steps
• Maintain basic records/documentation and support a metrics-driven environment
• Communicate effectively with team members and Team Lead/Supervisor

Operator 2, Warehouse Operations Requirements: High School Diploma/GED; attendance mandatory first 90 days

• 1+ year warehouse experience (or related experience/training)
• Ability to read/write/understand English and perform basic math
• Basic computer skills
• Physical ability to lift/move 50+ lbs ; frequent standing/walking/reaching/grasping; repetitive hand/wrist motion
• Comfortable working in warehouse conditions (hot in summer/no AC; cold in winter/limited heat; moderate-to-loud noise)

Operator 2, Warehouse Operations Preferred Qualifications

• Prior forklift certification and/or strong recent forklift experience (ability to obtain/maintain required licenses/certs as needed)
• Prior experience in logistics/material handling/manufacturing environments
