Role: Forklift Driver II
Location: Tipp City, OH 45371
Shift: 1st & 2nd Shift Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Forklift Driver II to support warehouse and material handling operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating powered industrial trucks to load, unload, transport, and store materials while maintaining safety and productivity standards. Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate gasoline, diesel, electric, or propane-powered forklifts and other industrial trucks.
  • Load, unload, move, stack, and stage materials and products.
  • Transport materials safely throughout the warehouse and production areas.
  • Inspect equipment before and after use to ensure safe operation.
  • Follow company safety policies and operating procedures.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and material movement records.
  • Assist with shipping, receiving, and warehouse activities as needed.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
  • Report equipment issues, damages, or safety concerns to management.
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 1 3 years of forklift operating experience.
  • Ability to safely operate various powered industrial trucks.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and material handling procedures.
  • Ability to lift, move, and transport materials as required.
  • Strong attention to safety and detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Forklift certification (preferred).
  • Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution environments.
  • Knowledge of inventory control and shipping/receiving processes.
  • Ability to work independently and meet productivity goals.
