Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Forklift Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts to load and unload materials and deliveries
- Move goods to designated storage areas safely and efficiently
- Perform daily equipment checks and report any maintenance issues
- Use RF scanners to accurately pick, prepare, and stage products
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock counts
- Follow all workplace safety guidelines and procedures
- Keep work areas clean and organized
Requirements
- Proven experience as a forklift operator
- Valid forklift certification/license
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willing to learn how to operate thermoforming machines
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/sit for extended periods
- Assist Wall Packing and Thermoforming areas
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
- Familiarity with RF scanners or inventory systems
- Bilingual – English - Spanish a plus
- Able to pass a background check and drug test
