< 3rd Shift Differential: Additional $1.00/hr (Total: $19.50/hr when working 3rd shift)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Forklift Driver / Material Handler to support production, packaging, and order preparation operations within a heavy industrial manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials and finished goods within a barcode-driven production environment.
Candidates must have prior manufacturing and material handling experience and be comfortable working within a strong safety-focused culture.
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 4 years of manufacturing experience required
• Minimum 2 years of material handling experience required
• Prior automation or Tier 1 supplier experience preferred
• Experience operating forklifts in an industrial environment required
• Experience working within a strong safety culture preferred
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Comfortable working overnight/3rd shift schedules
Responsibilities
• Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment
• Move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility
• Support production, packaging, and shipping operations
• Prepare and stage orders in a barcode-scanning environment
• Maintain inventory accuracy and material flow efficiency
• Follow all plant safety procedures and operational guidelines
• Assist with general warehouse and production support activities as needed
Additional Information
• All candidates will be submitted at a base pay rate of $18.50/hr
• When 3rd shift is worked, an automatic $1.00/hr shift differential will apply, bringing the total hourly rate to $19.50/hr
• All screenings must be completed and cleared prior to start
• This facility utilizes Kronos for timekeeping
• Overtime may be required based on production demands
