The Job Center is hiring Warehouse Associates for BGR | Packaging Supply Chain Experts in Indianapolis, Indiana. This is a great opportunity for candidates with forklift and RF scanner experience looking for a steady, daytime schedule in a slower-paced warehouse environment.

Job Summary
  • Unload and load trucks safely and efficiently
  • Receive incoming shipments and verify accuracy
  • Put away inventory in designated locations
  • Pick and stage orders using RF scanning equipment
  • Support general warehouse and packaging operations

Responsibilities
  • Operate forklifts safely (sit-down forklift experience required)
  • Use RF guns for scanning, tracking, and inventory control
  • Load and unload trailers and containers
  • Receive, stock, and organize materials
  • Pick orders accurately based on work instructions
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Follow all warehouse safety procedures
Qualifications
  • Forklift experience required
  • RF gun (scanner) experience required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
  • Ability to work in a slower-paced, accuracy-focused environment
  • Ability to understand and communicate in English (required)
  • Resume and interview required prior to placement
Work Environment & Requirements
  • Slower-paced warehouse environment focused on accuracy
  • Standing, lifting, and physical activity required throughout shift
  • Must be comfortable working in a distribution/packaging setting
