Ultra Care Technician 1.5 is an entry-level service technician responsible for performing routine, scheduled maintenance on industrial batteries, as well as basic shop repair level 1 duties. This job will also support the Field Service technician as general assistance role as needed. This position focuses on safe and accurate execution of basic service tasks, adherence to all regulatory and company safety standards, and development of foundational technical, safety, and customer service skills. Work is performed under general supervision with increasing independence as competency is demonstrated. Beyond Ultra Care responsibilities, the role expects the employee to support all other roles as necessary throughout day-to-day operations.
