Join the region’s leading plant healthcare company as a Client Relations Specialist, working directly alongside our Board-Certified Master Arborist on some of the most magnificent and desirable properties in New York and Connecticut.

    What You’ll Do:
    • Support the Arborist in managing client relationships and ensuring satisfaction
    • Visit properties to assist with evaluations, treatments, and follow-up
    • Communicate clearly and professionally with high-profile clients
    • Identify issues with trees, shrubs, and landscapes and recommend services
    • Help coordinate scheduling, proposals, and ongoing care
    • Manage jobs on site and oversee crew performance
    • Engage and assist with sales, customer communication, and retention
    • Prepare proposals, estimates, and client presentations
    What We’re Looking For:
    • A friendly, organized, and confident communicator
    • Background in landscaping, horticulture, arboriculture, or property care
    • Hands-on knowledge of trees and ornamentals
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Valid driver’s license
    • A love for being outdoors and a drive to learn and grow
    • Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
    This is a growth-track position, ideal for someone who enjoys people, plants, and problem-solving. You'll be working shoulder-to-shoulder with a team that values training, professionalism, and long-term career development.
    Benefits & Compensation:
    • Competitive salary: $60,000 – $80,000 annually (based on experience)
