Clinicians will be responsible for individual and group counseling sessions for clients in a community corrections facility located in Jefferson County. The therapist will collaborate with client to develop, implement, and revise individualized service plan, maintain required documentation, and collaborate with treatment team to provide trauma-informed clinical care. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: tInterview clients for admission; assess the need for on-going treatment or referral to other agencies; tProvide individual, group, and family counseling as assigned and needed; tProvide crisis intervention as needed; tCollaborate with Client to develop, implement, and revise individualized treatment/service plans to support successful completion of goal tProvide psycho-education classes and other educational presentations on substance abuse; tProvide case management services as needed; tCommunicate with families, probation/parole officers, and community agencies regarding treatment, discharge and aftercare plans; tMaintain all required clinical documentation, ensuring client confidentiality, in accordance with agency standards; tAtt nd treatment team meetings, community correctional program staff meetings, and clinical staff meetings; tAttend training sessions for the purpose of upgrading skills and obtaining or maintaining clinician/counselor certification and licensure; tWork on holidays and weekends, as determined by Clinical Supervisor or Clinical Manager tPerform any other duties deemed necessary by the Treatment Team, Clinical Manager, or Clinical Director.
