Seeking an experienced Foreman to supervise exterior pipe installation, concrete forming, and process equipment tasks.
Responsibilities include assigning work, leading crews, ensuring safety and quality standards, reading plans, and operating construction equipment.
Must have at least 4 years of supervisory experience, project building from the ground up, and strong communication skills.
Requires knowledge of construction methods, coordination meetings, BIM, and OSHA 10 certification.
Position involves physical work in diverse conditions, travel to multiple sites, and leadership of Trade Partners.
