Pay Rate: $20-30 per hour, based on experience. This is a full-time position, but the exact number of hours weekly will vary.
Our typical schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to about 5:00 PM, but days and hours vary based on the seasonality of the business. We do not do winter lay-offs, but your schedule and total number of hours will change depending on weather and customer needs.

Foreman Responsibilities:
You will support and lead your crew to complete goals efficiently daily so that we provide exceptional services to our clients and uphold our company reputation.
You’ll lead by example and lift your crew members up when they have tough days
You’ll collaborate with the Project Manager to plan and execute projects and routes
You’re responsible for overseeing your crew’s tasks, completing paperwork, and performing equipment checks so everyone is working effectively and safely
You’ll maintain positive interactions with clients and team members
You will adapt quickly to changes in the field, such as unpredictable weather so that we can proactively solve problems
Your job is to ensure a win-win situation for customers, employees, and the company
Foreman Skills & Qualifications:

You will be driving a company vehicle and must have a valid driver’s license and be insurable.
You must be able and willing to lift 50 lbs routinely.
General knowledge of industry equipment is a plus.

Effective communication and the ability to teach and train team members.
