Summary
The Foreman is required to manage, direct, coordinate, and budget, in coordination and at the direction of the Division Manager and other division personnel, all activities concerned with the Company’s division, including overseeing all project start-up, organization, scheduling, and performance.

Work Environment/Physical Demand
This position works in an outdoor, fast-paced environment with occasional office work as assigned. This position requires extended periods of standing, walking, lifting 50 pounds, and driving.
Position type, travel, and work schedule
This role follows a standard full time schedule; however, additional hours may be necessary to meet project deadlines. Due to construction-related demands, the position requires flexibility to work non-typical days and irregular hours. The role also requires availability to respond to phone calls outside of standard business hours. Typical travel should be expected, such as visiting jobs in the Southeast region. Some occasional overnight travel is expected.
