      • POSITION OPEN UNTIL FILLED FOR THE 2026 - 2027 SCHOOL YEAR HIGH SCHOOL POSITION LOOKING FOR CREDENTIALED, AND EXPERIENCED TEACHER BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF POSITION: The Spanish teacher will teach one or more classes of Foreign Language to pupils in grades 9th - 12th, and assists in other school programs as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: California Single Subject Teaching Credential - Foreign Language / Spanish Must meet ESEA Highly Qualified teaching requirements EL Authorization Bachelor's degree with major or minor in Spanish, including all courses needed to meet credential requirements Personal appearance, grooming, and personality which establish a desirable example for pupils QUALITIES: Ability to meet district standards for physical and mental health. Must have proven ability to relate well with students, parents, administrators, and teachers. Must possess good judgment, knowledge of school and district policies, and ability to reinforce appropriate school behavior.
