- Track and manage title tasks via client portals and reports.

- Identify and communicate title issues to vendors and team members.
- Review bankruptcy filings and report findings.
- Coordinate with Title Curative Specialists on claim status and resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with all requirements and update case management systems accurately.
- Support departmental objectives with additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, with preferred title experience and strong analytical, problem-solving, and computer skills. The role requires attention to detail and effective communication to facilitate timely foreclosure processes.
