Foreclosure Coordinator
Las Vegas, NV (100% Onsite)
6-Month Contract
$20.00–$22.00/hour
Seeking a Foreclosure Coordinator to support daily foreclosure processing and administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Manage and update foreclosure files and documentation
- Review title and real estate documents
- Communicate with property owners, clients, and vendors
- Monitor inboxes and prepare reinstatement quotes
- Maintain accurate records and tracking systems
- Support additional administrative projects as needed
Qualifications:- 1–2 years of experience in Title, Escrow, or related real estate services
- Foreclosure experience preferred
- Knowledge of foreclosure and bankruptcy processes is a plus
- Experience with FAST, Simplifile, DataTree, and Data Trace preferred
- Strong Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat skills
- Excellent organization, communication, and multitasking abilities
Education:- High School Diploma or equivalent required
