• Diagnose and repair Ford vehicles quickly and correctly the first time

• Perform advanced diagnostics (electrical, drivability, powertrain, ADAS basics)

• Execute inspections and full system evaluations

• Handle maintenance: brakes, fluids, alignments, tune-ups

• Own your jobs from write-up to final road test

• Maintain high productivity with low comeback rates

• Document all work accurately and professionally

• Minimum 4+ years dealership or high-level independent experience REQUIRED

• Ford experience preferred - but producers from any brand are welcome

• ASE certifications a plus (we help you get more)

• Strong diagnostic ability with modern scan tools

• Must have your own tools

• Flat-rate mindset - you are here to produce and earn
