Sames Ford is looking for a Ford Certified Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong backgroundin automotive service and Ford experience. Responsibilities include diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles, while providing accurate and efficient service on assigned repair orders.

Responsibilities- Perform work outlined on repair orders efficiently and accurately
- Test-drive vehicles and perform diagnostics using advanced tools and equipment
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning
- Communicate with the Service Advisor regarding additional service needs and provide time estimates for repairs
- Complete warranty repairs to manufacturer standards
- Maintain high-quality workmanship and follow dealership guidelines
Qualifications- 2+ years of service technician experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ford certification preferred, Ford experience required
- B-level skills in diagnostics, electrical, and engine repair
- Strong mechanical and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Steady hand, dexterity, and excellent hand-eye coordination
- Positive and professional attitude with eagerness to learn
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
