| Job Description: | Ford Automotive Technician Onsite 5 Days in Dearborn, MI Responsibilities include: Assemble and prepare test environments for deployment. o Aluminum frame assembly o Harness installation o Module Installation o Software installation o Testing & validation o Package and ship systems to Ford and Non Ford partners. o Track distribution using approved process/tools Maintain operation of tool systems o Troubleshoot and repair tool Systems. o Monitor and maintain virtual service desk o Diagnose, update, and repair non-functional systems. o Manage shipping of components to our fabricators for upcoming system builds. o Maintain inventory and organization of tools lab Education: Bachelor s Degree Preferred, though applicable knowledge or experience would be acceptable in place of formal education Required Primary Skills: Ability to manage priorities, risks, and issues as they arise. Ability to work both independently and as a part of a group. Strong communication skills both written and oral. Functional understanding of automotive electrical wiring and wiring schematics Preferred Primary Skills: 2+ years of experience in electrical harness design or fabrication Prior automotive or IT support. Experience utilizing JIRA. |
