| General conceptual understanding of programming and DB querying. Certification in Agile methodologies, like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM). SAFe certification and Kanban certification are a plus. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Prior knowledge of Agile project management tools, such as Jira or Trello. |
