Service Advisor – Foothills Motorcycles

Foothills Motorcycles is Colorado’s premier Euro Motorcycle dealership, representing industry-leading brands including Bmw, Triumph and Royal Enfield. We’re passionate about riding and delivering an exceptional customer experience! We’re looking for a Service Advisor to be the key link between our customers and our service department.
What You’ll Do
o Greet customers and provide a friendly, professional first impression in the service department
o Listen to customer concerns and accurately document service needs
o Write repair orders and communicate clearly with technicians
o Provide estimates for service and repairs, including parts and labor
o Keep customers informed throughout the service process
o Coordinate workflow to ensure timely completion of jobs
o Upsell recommended services, maintenance, and accessories when appropriate
o Handle warranty claims and assist with manufacturer communications
o Ensure all paperwork and records are completed accurately
What We’re Looking For
o Previous service advisor or automotive/powersports experience preferred
o Strong communication and customer service skills
o Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
o Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with powersports vehicles is a plus
o Organized, detail-oriented, and team-focused
o Passion for the motorcycle lifestyle is highly valued
