We are hiring an immediate Football JV Assistant Coach for the 2025-2026 season at Lincolnton High School.
Reporting to the Principal and Athletic Director, the role offers a coaching stipend based on experience. Candidates must be at least 21, hold a HS Diploma or GED, and complete required coaching courses via NFHS.com, including Fundamentals of Coaching, Concussion Training, Sudden Cardiac Arrest, and CPR. All coaches must pass HR screening, background checks, and have current health physicals and TB tests prior to coaching.
The responsibilities include assisting in program planning, supporting coaching staff, fostering a positive learning environment, communicating with stakeholders, implementing sports skills, and maintaining professional conduct. Candidates should demonstrate good work habits and a commitment to professional growth.
